Drake's Drum

 Another otherworldly tale from England, is that of The Legend of Drake's Drum. Owned by famed English Explorer Sir Francis Drake he carried this instrument with him during his discoveries of The New World. Said to have figured into The Spanish Armada attack against England during Queen Elizabeth Ist Reign it was beat to to rally his troops. It was further said (by Drake) that IF England ever needed his help in the future , one had to only sound it and he would return to save his beloved England. On 2 instances (WWI and WWII), when England faced peril , the Drum sounded of it's OWN accord (as a warning). It mysteriously disappeared during The London Blitz (WWII) although several replica have been commissioned. One of which is on display at The Plymouth Maritime Museum. But where is the original.
