Dipsa

  The Dispa was yet another Medieval Bestiary creature thought to exist. They were small (3-inches long) and often white or blue. They resembles small worm. However, The Dipsa bite was so powerful, death would be within seconds. Often, a victim would drop dead without even being aware of having been bitten. The Dipsa was said to inhabit many places in Italy.
