From The African Congo Region, The Dingonek was reputed to have been a half-Walrus, half-Reptilian beast. They were said to range from 9 to 15 feet long and weighed several hundred pounds. The creature was also described as being either a Dark Red or Gray color. They were known Predators to The Hippo. Their twin fangs were poisonous. Said to have been encountered for many generations of local Natives, reportedly in 1907, English Explorer John Jordan shot at a Dingonek with a .303 Rifle. This only made the beast angry (and did not even phase it). Since Jordan's contact , there has been no other sightings.
