Another little known Ancient Roman Deity, ‘’Di Inferni’’ may have existed as far back as The Kingdom Era of Rome (7th BC). She was Goddess of The Underworld and classified as a ‘’Mane’’ (or Spirit). In making the required Offerings to Her for the Souls of a departed relative, One had to be extremely polite and contrite. Failure to be sincere would cause Dr Inferi to punish the Souls with ‘’flame and fire’’ until One’s Living Family made amends. The Month of October was granted to Di Inferni as Her ‘’Festival’’ which was celebrated throughout The Kingdom of Rome.
