Dante's Inferno - 7th Circle of Hell - Violence

Hell's 7th Circle involves ''Violence''. This Realm is somewhat more complicated than the others, whereas it is broken down into three sub-section. It is the punishment of those damned souls who participated in or acted on others with violence. The Rings, as they are called – are ''dedicated'' to violence towards one's neighbors, violence toward oneself and violence towards God and Nature. Some punishments include being boiled in the blood of those they persecuted, being torn to pieces by Harpies (Winged Demons with sharp claws) to being left to burn and boil in The Lake of Fire. Any attempted escapes are met by Legions of Demons, who hack at The Souls with Swords and Spears.
