Dagon

  An ancient Demonic Deity, Dagon was seen heavily in many Persian Cultures. Dagon is represented by either a Fish, Serpent or Dragon in art. Often attributed to a God or Supreme Being , he took on a more diabolic role as the Representative of evil in Ancient Judea. The Christian Satan (Old Testament), may well have been based on Dagon. He was seen as a Protector in War for Ancient Assyrians.
