Chon Chon

 From Chile. The Chon Chon is a hideous creature. It is a blood drinker. The Chon Chon has a human-like head with great Bat-like wing (coming out of where it's ears should be). Under the neck of the Beast is a pair of Raptor-like legs and claws. The Chon Chon was said to have been made by an Evil Wizard. Using a magic cream on the throats of his victims, he could remove their heads upon which The Chon Chon was instantly created.
