Cheval Mallet

 From Medieval France, is the story of The Cheval Mallet. Said to appear at (or close to Midnight), as either White or Black in color. The horse is bridled and saddled, apparently looking for a rider . It preys upon tired and weary travelers who are exhausted and would gladly take a ride. If you mount the horse, it will bolt off an you will never be seen again! The only protection (and way to get of the horse), is to be in the possession of a St. Benedict Medal.
