Of Scottish Origins, The Cat Sith are linked to Fairy Creatures that take the form of a Feline (Cat). In some variations, The Cat Sith is also associated with Human Witchcraft. They are possible related to The European tradition of Witches that use demons as their ''Helpers'' or Familiars (that both protect and serve their Human Mistress). The Cat Sith take a similar form, as a large Black Cat (Domestic). They all have a White Spot on the chest of their fur coat. If they are Human Witches, they can only transform into a Cat a total of 9 times. This too may be a link to the traditional myth that a Feline had ''9 Lives''. Many Scots fear The Cat Sith, stating that suck a Being steals The Souls of both The Living and Dead. This ''power'' is said to be ''passed on'' to their Mistress or Master (Warlock). As such, when Funeral Wakes were held, great efforts were taken to keep Cats away from such Ceremonies. To appease The Cat Sith, many would place a saucer of milk outside to keep The Cat Sith at bay.
