Cacus

 From Ancient Rome, comes the story of Cacus. A Giant, he was the son of the God Vulcan. Cacus was human in appearance (but could breath fire). Legend states that he lived in a cave outside what would eventually be Rome (Pre-Monarch Era). Cacus live on human flesh, and would nail the heads of his victims to his cave's entrance. The hero Hercules is credited with destroying Cacus.
