Spoken of by both Japanese and Okinawan Cultures, The Nuribotoke are malevolent Yokai (Spirits) that are quite gruesome to behold. Humanoid, they have dark and oily skin. They have long tails and their eyeballs hang from their sockets. They also smell of fish. The Nuribotoke love to scare humans, often hiding within their Hosts shadows only to jump out at an inopportune time to scare them. They take great delight in this. Where they come from and how to get rid of them are equally mysterious and unknown.
