The first Civilian, Privately funded UFO Investigation Agencies in The United Kingdom (England), BUFORA (British Unidentified Flying Object Research Association) was formed in 1964 by retired British Army Officer Major Sir Patrick Wall. The Association has over 1,000 Members and investigates 400 Cases each year. They use a more skeptical approach method to their investigation which finds over 95% of all reported encounters and sightings as hoaxes. BUFORA came to mainstream Media attention in the 1990s when they were the ''only'' such Organization to ''endorse'' the now infamous ''Roswell Alien Autopsy'' Film. The Organization is still in existence today.
