Buckriders

 From The Netherlands, Buckriders were said to be Spirits (Ghosts), who (under license of Satan), were given magical winged Goats (with which to fly on). Said to be the eternal reward of Criminals who were executed (or otherwise died), Buckriders were also said to be innocents falsely accused. They were said to roam the land in search of victims to torture (with the ultimate goal of seizing their souls). After a fair amount was collected, they would be released from their labors.
