Body Hopping

'Body Hopping'' is a Belief of some Folk Magic Religions and Practices, by which (it is believed), a Person's Soul or an ''outside Spirit'' can ''jump'' from Human to Human – inhabiting them for short periods of time. This is thought to be a form of ''control'' more than ''Demonic Possession'' (although in Voodoo – it would be considered as such). Body Hopping is seen more (by Science), as a form of ''emotional transference'' – with both The Host and ''Jumper'' believing it to be so. The ''effect'' is also linked to the Medieval Belief in ''Astral Projection'' as well as ''Bilocation''.As such, the phenomenon is more a piece found in the Horror/Sci-Fi and Thriller Film Genres.
