Possibly akin to The Grays - The Blues are a supposed Race of Extraterrestrial Beings. In their Human Contacts , They claim to be Human-Alien Hybrid (and linked to the Biblical Flood). They took refuge in the deep caves and caverns of The Earth. They evolved and developed technology far in advance of ground dwelling Humans. They have even built Spacecraft and explored The Stars . The Hopi Native Americans have Legends of these Blue skinned Beings with large heads and almond shaped eyes . It is said that their skin is hyper sensitive to Sunlight (which they avoid). They are considered benevolent.
