''Blue Dilly'', The Dillon Lake Monster

In reality, Dillon Reservoir - is located in The American State of Colorado, in Summit County. The man-made water source was originally several hundred miles North of The Town of Dillon. Founded in 1859, as the Town moved to accommodate it's growth – damming The Blue River would create The Dillon Reservoir, starting in 1956 and ending in 1961. The deep Lake is some 320-feet. It is a popular spot for fishing and other water recreations. It is also, since 1965 – the spot for reports of a giant ''freshwater'' Manta Ray called ''Blue Dilly''. The creature is reputed to be 60-feet long with a tail exceeding 30-feet. Dark Blue hued in color, ''Blue Dilly'' has been photographed rarely, but seen often by locals. Sadly, most think that ''Dilly'' was ''made up'' or a Hoax to attract Tourism to the area.
