Barachiel

 Found in Old Testament Texts, and well known in Eastern Orthodox Catholicism – ''Barachiel'' was an Archangel known for being associated with ''Blessings and Lightning''. An ''Angelic Prince'', He was portrayed in Art as having a White Rose (or Rose Petals scattered before Him). This symbolized ''God's Blessings'' (when warranted). These were most ''given'' to Parents of ''newly born infants'', as these were seen as the ultimate Blessing from God.
