In The Urals of Russia, The Tale of The ‘’Girl of Mount Azov’’ or simply – ‘’Azovka’’ is a very old one. ‘’She’’ is said to be part Ghost Story and part Mythology. Dating to the 11th Century AD, a Tartar Princess was abandoned on The Mountain, along with Her dowry (which was said to be immense). The Princess was forced into an arranged marriage and was quite beside Herself. Every night, while She waited in Her Cave with Her riches, (waiting to be taken by her Betrothed) – She would cry and cry. In time, for some unknown reason, Her marriage was forgotten and The Princess was left (to die assumedly). The treasure still waits to be claimed it is said. But The Princess still haunts the Lost Cave of Treasure. Unknown as to it’s exact whereabouts, on certain nights – a ‘’moaning’’ can be heard from ‘’somewhere’’ on The Mountain. It is said to locate the source, is to locate the Treasure. (Perhaps It Is Only The Wind, Afterall!)
