From Ancient Persia, The Azhi Dahaka was a demonic spirit similar to a Dragon. They came to be seen as the opposite of goodness in Ancient Persian culture. Often used in morality stories , The Azhi Dahaka was said to have been banished by the Persian hero Feridun. It is said he will return during the End of Days to wreck havoc yet again on the Earth.
