Aureola

Dating back Centuries, ''Aureola'' is an Art fork by which Subjects of Divine or Supernatural origins are given a ''glowing'' effect to emphasize their ''Otherworldly'' abilities. This effect is most commonly seen as a radiance placed around a Crown or Halo. Some Cultures use glowing Clouds to illustrate their point. These are often called ''Nimbus'' (after the cloud formations). In addition to Divine Subjects, the use of Aureola is also found (to some lessor degree) to emphasize ''Evil'' Subjects as well.
