Another classic 1950s Drive-In Movie ''Creature Feature'', ''Attack of The Giant Leeches'' combined the genre with Cold War fears (Atomic radiation plus mutations). Considered a ''B-Move'', The Black and White 1959 feature details a Florida Swamp (The Everglades), a clutch of Leeches and the aforementioned Atomic radiation waste spillage. Growing into Man-sized, bloodthirsty Monsters, The Leeches rack up a healthy body count before their lair is found (an underwater cave) and dynamited. The Leeches were Actors in rubber suits and it looks like it but ''Attack of The Giant Leeches'' is 60-minutes of pure ''silly fun'' and worth a view.
