Arragouset

An ancient and Warlike Race of Fairy creatures said to have lived on the Coastal Regions of England and Scotland, The Arragouset were humanoid in general appearence, but featured "fish like" qualities. Fiercely warlike, they often raided human communities (mostly for human women with which to breed with). Roughly 4-feet tall and extremely strong, they used other components from aquatic life to fashion their weapons. They started a major war, untold Centuries ago. However, "The Gods" realized that the land was destined for Nan's rule. During the final battle of this war, they cursed The Arragouset to be forever invisible. Further, they were banished to the sea. Cursed you forever "watch" but not interact with humans, it us said they still use their power over nature to lure children from the shore. Sailing wrecks were also blamed on The Arragouset. The story goes back to the 12th Century.
