They have ‘’watched over’’ Human development for Centuries. From most ‘’accounts’’, The Acturians seldom abduct Human Beings but are known to take Them aboard Their Ships. Many UFOlogists liken them to ‘’Intellectuals’’ among ‘’Spacefaring Races’’. It is also assumed that They made have also used Human DNA as a means of ‘’furthering’’ Acturian evolution.
