Or ''On The Magic of The Ancients'', was a Renaissance Era (1575 AD) Grimoire attributed to Swiss Physician Theodor Zwinger. The book details much of what is known today of ''Olympian Spirits'' and their powers, brought about thru ritual. The book has a fore title of ''Arbatel'', which to some Arcane Historians, was the ''name'' of The Angelic ''Being'' who ''gave'' Zwinger His ''knowledge'' (to be given to those curious). While obviously seen as Heretical by both Protestant and Catholic Clergies, The Book was banned in most European Countries from it's publishing to at least the 18th Century. However, as a form of ''Forbidden Knowledge'' (that information available for study to Clergy – but not Laity), the volume was known (and perhaps studied0, in private Monastery Libraries. Reprinted (9) times in History (and into English, German and French), the last printing was in 2009.
