Ancient ''Microchip''?

Another unusual and controversial "Out of Place" Artifact, the so-called Russian ''Micro Chip" was reportedly discovered by a Fisherman in Labinsk, Russia in 1917. The Igneous Rock he found is estimated to be 250,000 years old. But this is not the unusual part. On the face of the rock, is a white hardened substance, roughly shaped like a square. This anomaly does not appear natural in construction. Imprinted onto the 1-inch width, is what clearly appears to be printed circuitry. It resembles for all appearances as a "Modern" Micro Chip. The obvious question, is how did such a piece of "Modern Technology" come to be encased in such an ancient rock? Time Travel Proof or proof of Alien Life Perhaps it us proof that Man is much older and was more advanced than we have been taught. Examined by Russian Scientists over the Decades, to date - only photographs have ever been released. Skeptics cite that the Artifact is a hoax. Some state that the "Micro Chip" is nothing more than a case of "misidentification". In this theory, the imprint is nothing more than the fossilized vascular remains of some kind of unknown Plant.
