According to The Holy Bible (Old Testament) – The ''Anakim'' were a Race of Giants, descended from Anak. These ''Humans'' were reputed to be 8-feet in height and part of The Tribes of Israel. Although it is unclear IF The Anakim were ''Descended'' of The Nephilim, they would eventually be ''cast out'' by The Hebrews. As ''Nomads'', some may have joined The Philistines and as such may have been the ''origins'' of another Biblical ''Giant'' – ''Goliath''.
