The Greek Personification for ''Necessity, Compulsion and The Inevitable'' – ''Anake'' was not only Goddess of these attributes, but of The Night (in relation to The Heavens or Cosmos). Said to be The Mother of The Fates (Deities who controlled the destiny of Mankind), Ananke was worshiped throughout Ancient Greece and was also adopted by The Romans.
