Parmularius

The ''Parmularius'' was a type of Gladiator who generally fought with nothing but the ''Buckler''-style Parma (Round) Shield. Often using them to batter their similar Opponent, they wore no heavy Armor and only a light form of Mail. Open Helmets were allowed. In later Games, The Parmularius were allowed to carry small knives of ''finishing off'' their Enemy.
