Seen around the 14th and 15th Centuries, The Goos is often identified with the attributes of “Vigilance” and “Foolishness”. Often portrayed in an “Enraged” positioning, they are found on many “Lesser Lords” Arms and Shields. Coloring was varied (but as close to natural as possible). They could be both Charge and Supporter. The also served as Brands.
