Considered one of Germany's Best Fighters, The Focke Wulf 190 saw only 20,000 production Models made from 1939 to 1945. This was in no small part due to the constant "politically motivated" Contract sales awarded to The Messerschmitt Aircraft Company. Regardless, The "Shrike" was widely appreciated by Luftwaffe Pilots. Featuring an air-cooled 1,700 HP BMW Engine, it was capable of airspeeds of 400 mph. It also had ano operational ceiling of 21,000 feet. At 28-feet long with 35-foot wings, The 190 was a single-seat Fighter. Armed with (2) 13 mm Machine Guns and (4) 20mm Cannon, The 190 was a formidable Fighter which saw 12 variants.
