Flag of The Kingdom of Saxony

The Kingdom of Saxony was formed by Annexation from portions of Germany – by French Dictator Napoleon Bonaparte, in 1806. Supplying war materials and Forces to Imperial France, The Kingdom of Saxony would remain a French Annexation until 1871. It would be absorbed into The German Empire and remain as such until 1918. Loyal to Nazi Germany, Saxony would revert to Soviet Control from 1952 until it became an independent German State in 1990. It's original National Color (Flag) from 1806 to 1938 (and then from 1990 forward), is Twin Horizontal Lines, White over a Lime Green Coloring. No other Heraldry is used.
