Designed in 1940, The British Hillman ''Gnat'' was a Light Armored Vehicle designed to replace various Machine Gun Motorcycles developed in World War I. The ''Gnat'' suffered from an under powered Engine, and as such – only (4) were ever produced. .05-inch Armor plating was installed and the Gnat was (4) Wheeled as opposed to being a Track. (3) Crewed The Gnat, which was supported by a single .303 Caliber Machine Gun.
