A mythos relative to many Cultures throughout The World, the ''theory'' of The ''Grateful Dead'' is most associated with the believe that The Poor often died in debt and as such did not receive a proper burial. As such, their Souls (in Spirit form), were cursed to roam The Earth until someone paid off said debt and allowed their Soul to depart from their ''earthly bonds'', Often, a traveler would be approached by a Poor or destitute Person, soliciting help. IF the traveler did help, this ''Soul'' would reveal it's ''true nature'' to the Good Samaritan. Should this person then pay off the original debt of The Soul (in return for freeing them), great fortunes would befall their ''living'' benefactor.
