A Greek God, ''Proteus'' (later known as ''The Old Man of The Sea'' – was seen as the way Water ''changes'' – not only in direction by in how is ''created'' and reshaped land masses. Depicted as an ''Old Man of Wisdom'' in Art, Proteus was also noted as having the ability to foresee The Future. In various Ancient Tales, many tried to capture Proteus as a means of using Him for this ''gift''. He had the ability to fool (thru trickery) His Captors into releasing afterwards.
