A ''Marquis of Hell'', Phenex controlled 20 Legions of Demons. Unlike most ''traditional'' Demons, Phenex (once an Angel but having joined Lucifer in His Rebellion in Heaven against God) – ''hopes'' to return ''one day'' to Paradise. His sentence, according to Lucifer was 1,200 years in Hell – but The Devil constantly manipulates time so Phenex will forever remain in Hades. An ''expert'' in The Sciences, He ''appears'' as a Human with the voice of a young Child. But this is a trick. His ''real'' appearance is said to be so frightening, that insanity can result if one stares too long.
