As we have seen with The Folk Magic Belief called ''Santeria'' (an African-Caribbean rooted Religion), it was created from combining Christianity, Voodoo and Hoodoo Beliefs. The most common term for their Deities of veneration (worship) is ''Ocha''. Similar to Haitian Folk Magic's ''Loa'' – The Ocha can be represented by many form (both man-made and natural). Santeria requires that special ''Homes'' be constructed for such Deities. These are known as Ocha Casas (or ''God''/Spirit House). Not intended for ''Human'' habitation, thes Houses are constructed very much the same as a regular dwelling – to include size. Normally, the interior is decorated with symbolism associated with a particular Ocha. Colors too – as in Haitian Folk Magic, associated with The Deity – are used. Finally, a central Shrine is used. Typically, this can be some Icon (Doll or Statue) placed in the exact center of The Casa. Worshipers and those ''requesting'' some favor or boon, will enter at certain times and make their offerings.
