''Ninazu'' was an ancient Sumerian God most associated with The Underworld and The Healing Arts. As a ''Steward'' of The Afterlife, it was Ninazu's task to perform and ensure that all Festivals and Rituals to The Gods were performed. Failure to do such, would result in plague and famine – until those Ceremonies were performed. He is also shown in Art as ''King of Snakes'' – attributing serpent venom as being used for healing.
