Nerthus

According to German Paganism, ''Nerthus'' is The Goddess of Fertility. Written of in the 13th Century AD, She was invoked by the preparation of a special Ox Cart, blessed by Pagan Priests which carried cloth (that only The Goddess could wear). Nerthus was used to provide a good harvest and ''strong babies'' be born.
