A Divination of Chinese Folk Magic, Literomancy was a form of determining One's ''fortune'' by having a ''Client'' write a specific phrase or word character on a parchment. Based on the slant and pressure applied to the imprint, a skilled Reader could determine One's ''Luck'' (or lack of).
