A major component of Ugandan (African) Mythology – ''Kintu'' was said to be the ''First Man'' created. Unique in the fact that Kintu simply ''came into being'', made Him both ''Creator'' and later – ''Father of Man''. Kintu, appearing in Uganda – also had a Cow (a crucial part of African Culture for some, whereas the animal produces food and is used as a status symbol for wealth). Kintu was responsible for creating more Humans on Earth – teaching them the ways of Farming and Culture. He is still worshiped by Traditionalists.
