The Native American Wabanaki have a Mythology which centered around a ''Brave Warrior'' who is similar to a Demi-God (born of the union of a God and Human). Glooscap, was Protector of the Wabanaki, and stood against Evil. He also protected Nature, and kept Hunters from over killing (so that all may have food when needed). Many ''Evil Spirits'' attempted to blight The Wabanaki, but each time Glooscap stopped them, using His great strength and ''magical abilities''. The Tribe believes that Glooscap gave them fire, tobacco and how to make canoes. In time, Glooscap found that The Tribe could now survive on it's own, so He moved up into The Sky – forever to watch over The Wabanaki.
