Chinese Mythology, ''Feng Po Po'' was known as ''Madame Wind''. She was a Deity that controlled Wind and Rain. She traditionally rode thru The Heavens on the back of a magical Tiger, bringing storms and rain. Not necessarily seen as ''Evil'' (but beneficial) – Fen Po Po could be a bit of a nuisance due to the floods she could bring – destroying many crops. This was blamed on Her anger at being properly venerated.
