Ciguapa

From The Dominican Island of The Caribbean The Ciguapa was a Female Demon. She had Bluish (maybe Brown) skin and feet facing rearward. This is so The Ciguapa cannot be tracked by their Enemies (unable to determine just which direct they travel!) They inhabit The Mountains mostly. Their gaze is dangerous, as to look One directly in the eyes will cause One to become bewitched (under their control). While beautiful, they often use hypnosis to make people ''see them'' as ugly. The Ciguapa is known to make a soft ''chirping'' sound.
