Knights are recruited at the barracks, just like any other troop. Knights are immensely strong and fight like the Lord, i.e. with many more hit points and greater attack strength than other troops. Knights can fight on foot or on horseback, as long as a stable has been placed and some unused horses are grazing there. This makes knights a most excellent unit, as the horse not only provides them with a speed bonus but also a second health bar. While knights are a heavy investment, their strength on the battlefield more than makes up for it.
