"A new user was registered with the same IP address..."

Hi, I have suggested Stronghold Nation at Stronghold Crusader 2 forum, and one of them is having a problem. This is what he says.

Stronghold nation always says:
A new user was registered with the same IP address as you within the last hour. To prevent registration flooding, at least an hour has to pass between registrations from the same IP. Sorry for the inconvenience.

on registration.

I actually read about this at the Crusader 2 forum before I came here. :)

      Just a quick suggestion. Changing some colours. For example Lord Vetka's username is a dark blue. The colour itself is difficult to see with the colour theme of the website, maybe do some colour testing to find suitable and easy to see colours.   Thank you :)
