Mottes Art

This has been a long trip it feels good to be back in our own Kingdom, But what's this scout Brendon you have come to the edge of the Kingdom to greet us. Yes my Lord Vorse you and your brothers could not have come back to worst news, as you can see we have a new Lord in our Kingdom. Yes Brendon we saw this new motte across the river, who would dare to take on the Vorse family the fool does he not know our history of warfare. What else has this invader been up to? Sire shortly after your departure the Bull sent his men in to take up the villages and then he came at us hard, your youngest brother Gart lead us well we held off the Bull but it has left us weak and close to our end it is a great pleasure to see you return Lord Vorse with your two brothers and what fine new armor looks like you got what you went for.Yes we had a successful trip but I think the cost has been very high.

Brendon what of this Bull is he set for a final blow? Lord Vorse we have watched the Bull and he will be a while before he comes with a final attack, we gave him a good licking before he turned tail and ran for his keep but what should we do now? The Bull controls all of our villages he is also holding our troops prisoner at the villages we have no goods or food coming in Lord Vorse. OK I want you to return to the castle and let Gart know we are back and have been informed about the Bull. Yes Lord but what will you and your brothers do what should I tell Gart? Tell him that we will work our way up to the castle by the time we get there most food and resources should almost be back to normal then we take care of the Bull.

Well my brothers we should start with Scarcliff we can get hunters going as well as iron and move onto Upper Muckton both iron and bows are slow moving and we will need them. Then we can clear Turley Green get some flour back to Upper Muckton so we can get bread as well. The bandits should be cleared as soon as we get the first 3 villages up and running or they won't get through. Best if we take back St Columb Minor next so we can get more bread up to the keep, Ratby should be next the apples will really help with food, but Sternley on Toad will be most important with wood, spears and extra bows. We can get pitch flowing again from Shapwick I'm sure Gart used all of the pitch, from there we can get hops from Sible Hedingham going up to Slaughterford and they can start sending some nice cold ale for us when we return to the keep but the leather armor and cheese are also needed. Brothers we have our work cut out for us lets take our Kingdom back from this Bull then we will take care of the Bull himself.

Kill the Bull is your goal. Mission 5 is an optional mission to put your Kingdom back in order not necessary for the win.

ps. If you just work your way up to the keep you won't have much for mission 4 but if you take care you can end up with to much in the end, I would like to see that most players can enjoy playing this map.

For those of you that would like more of a challenge I have included the hard version, To make it harder all I did was take away a few reinforcements and a little time, made some increases on a couple of resources and added more pitch and six archers to the Bull just a few small changes. Not really hard but a bit more of a challenge.

Good Luck and Enjoy
