The armoury is the storehouse for your weapons and armour. Craftsmen from your weapon workshops drop their weapons off here. Only one armoury can be built, and you will need an armoury before you can create troops in the barracks. By looking at your armoury you can see the rough amount of weapons you have stored. Clicking on the armoury will bring up a panel showing the actual amounts. The armoury also allows you to buy and sell weapons, without the need for a market.

Cost: 500 gold
You will need to build a siege camp in order to create siege equipment. Siege camps cost gold and are expensive to construct. They are the only buildings that can be placed outside your castle estate. Clicking on the siege camp will open the siege camp construction panel. To create siege equipment you will need available peasants, to turn into engineer, and gold. Once created, siege equipment will appear outside the siege camp. You can assign assembly points for your individual siege equipment. Ensure that your siege camps are well-protected, as melee weapons will easily destroy them.
